Join Spirit & Sage Dorset for a women’s circle and sound bath morning.
The self-care group session provides a space to come together for some quiet reflection and relaxation, and to connect with others by sharing and listening without judgement.
It’s a chance to allow yourself to be vulnerable with other women in a safe space – whether that’s through laughter, tears, anger or joy. You can choose to share your thoughts and feelings, or simply listen to others and be present with one another. Anything that is shared in the circle is completely confidential.
You’ll also experience the meditative practice of a sound bath to help ground you in the space and to release any emotions that might have come up.
The women’s circle also encompasses ritual and oracle cards.

There is something very relaxing and empowering about gathering together in a safe space where vulnerability is strength and laughter is medicine.
