Come along to Spirit & Sage’s next sound bath at The Loft to experience relaxation through sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, rattles and chimes.
The practice encourages you to lie down comfortably and relax body and mind.
This month’s sound bath focus is ‘the energies of spring’.
