Studland Swimrun JUNE 2025

🗓️ Saturday 14th June 2025

The Studland Swimrun is back for its second year this June, with three courses all starting out from Knoll Beach.

Whether this is your first swimrun or you want to challenge yourself to a longer course, there’s guaranteed to be great views along the way.

There’ll be free hydration and nutrition along the route, prizes and medals, and free event photography.

The Courses

All three courses start from Knoll Beach in Studland at 9am.

Short Course

  • Distance: 6.6km run/2.1km swim
  • Ideal for your first swimrun & if you don’t consider yourself run-fit

Middle Course

  • Distance: 8.8km run/2.3km swim
  • Slightly longer swim, with running route extended to the top of Old Harry Rocks & Ballard Down

Long Course

  • Distance: 18.9km run/5.6km swim
  • Challenging in places, with the route taking in Old Harry Rocks, Ballard Down, Swanage Bay, Durlston & Anvil Point

Volunteer at the Swimrun

Get into the spirit on the day by marshalling or being part of the water safety team.

Perks include a free t shirt and £50 race credit for a future event.
