Saxon Experience Day MAY 2024

Dark-Ages reenactment group SÆXIA is holding a free Saxon Experience Day in Swanage today.

In addition to a small Anglo-Saxon encampment and living history display, you’ll be able to try out the following activities:

  • Axe-throwing
  • Archery
  • Early medieval cookery and bushcraft
