Purbeck Arts Choir Concert: Messa di Gloria

Swanage-based Purbeck Arts Choir is performing Puccini’s Messa di Gloria for their spring concert.

The concert will also feature pieces by Handel, Mozart, Rossini and Bizet.

The choir will also be joined by St Mary’s Church Junior Choir, St Mary’s RC Primary School Choir and Purbeck Young Musician violinists.

Refreshments will be available to purchase during the interval.

  • Start time – 6.30pm
  • Venue – St Mary’s Church, Swanage

About the choir

Purbeck Arts Choir is a mixed SATB choir of some 60 singers who meet regularly to rehearse for two performances each year.

The choir is always open to new members, no audition necessary.

  • Rehearsals – The choir currently meets at St Mary’s School on a Thursday evening during term time
