London-based jazz band Latchepen are bringing their upbeat swing music infused with gypsy sounds to Studland this spring.
Performing jazz on strings, the group is influenced by a range of musical genres – from Romani through to bebop.

About the band
Latchepen – meaning ‘happiness and contentment’ in the Romani language – is made up of four members who perform regularly at large venues such as Ronnie Scott’s as well as local arts venues and village halls:
