The Jurassic Express Trail Run is back for its third year.
The run starts in Swanage and finishes at Corfe Castle, with stunning coastal views of Dorset’s Jurassic Coast along the way.
Choose from a half marathon, 17km or 11km run – all trails set off from the beachfront at Swanage, following routes with fantastic views of the Jurassic coastline, including Old Harry Rocks and Studland Bay.
When you’ve completed your run you have the option to return to Swanage on a private steam train on the heritage Swanage Railway line.
It’s a timed event, with water stations and first aid en route.
Event medals and finisher goodies await you at the finish line in Corfe.

- Venue opens: 7.30am
- 21km start time: 9.15am
- 17km start time: 9.25am
- 11km start time: 9.35am
- Race end/cut-off time: 1.30pm (last train leaves at 1.45pm)
