Enjoy an hour of relaxation at a sound bath with Spirit & Sage Dorset.
The evening sound bath uses a range of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, chimes and rattles with the aim of helping you relax body and mind.
It’s best to wear comfortable clothing and bring along a blanket to lie on.
