Come along to a fundraising evening art talk at Durlston’s Fine Foundation Gallery.
Professor Paul Gough will be giving an illustrated talk entitled ‘An ancient and mythical landscape: Painters’ responses to Dorset and the Isle of Purbeck’.
The talk, in aid of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care, will examine the work of artists Paul Nash and Gilbert Spencer, both heavily inspired by the landscape of Swanage and Purbeck.
Paul is vice-chancellor of Arts University Bournemouth (AUB), has paintings in various national art collections, and is also an author and broadcaster.
