Winter Lights at Corfe Castle DECEMBER 2025

🗓️ Saturday 13th & Friday 19th December 2025

Experience the magic of Corfe Castle in winter at this special festive event.

  • Corfe Castle Winter Lights and moon

The castle will be illuminated with atmospheric lighting displays, warm festoon lights and braziers creating a beautiful glow about the ruin as you explore, from 4pm on the following dates:

  • Saturday 13th December
  • Friday 19th December

There’ll also be fire pits around which you can gather and toast marshmallows, as well as festive treats, hot drinks and mulled wine.

  • The castle will be open until 8pm (last entry at 7:15pm)
  • Winter Lights is a free event (normal admission to the castle applies)
  • Whilst paths will be lit it’s recommended to bring your own torch to walk from the car park and to spot any uneven ground underfoot
  • This event is weather-dependent
