Wild Food Forage & Feast

Enjoy an educational day of foraging, bushcraft skills and a deer butchery session at Quarr Farm in Harman’s Cross this winter.

You’ll learn how to forage for edible plants and identify a range of fungi from local Forage for Knowledge instructors, giving you the skills to harvest ingredients from nature.

The day also includes hands-on experience in butchering a whole deer, as well as tips on how to start a fire in the wild.

Your group will then gather the ingredients foraged and prepared throughout the day to create a wild feast to share around a communal table.
