This year’s autumn concert from Purbeck Arts Choir showcases a packed programme of songs from a range of composers, including Fauré, Bach, Vaughan Williams and the choir’s musical director David Fawcett.
It will be David’s final concert with the choir, before John Watkins takes over the post in January.
The choir will be joined once again by the Junior Choir, performing some pieces on their own, as well as together with the main choir.

Join the choir
Purbeck Arts Choir is a mixed SATB choir of more than 50 singers who meet regularly to rehearse for two main performances each year.
The choir is always open to new members, with no audition necessary and two free sessions before you sign up.
- Rehearsals: Thursdays 7pm – 8.30pm during term time at St Mary’s School
- Cost: £100 for both autumn & spring terms, or £60 for one term, or to pay in two instalments
