Corfe Castle’s local drama group Double Act is performing The Cat and the Canary this autumn.
It’s their own adaptation of an original 1922 play by John Willard about a dysfunctional family meeting up for a midnight will-reading at an old mansion house…with a monster on the loose – what could possibly go wrong?!

Fancy a new hobby? Double Act is always open to new members of all ages and abilities who’d like to have a go at acting in a fun environment, or who’d like to get involved with the more behind-the-scenes roles, such as make-up, props, sets, lighting and sound.
Rehearsals take place on Mondays at 7pm at Corfe village hall.
