The Carnival Kitchen cooking demonstrations show you how to use local ingredients to create new creations in the kitchen at home.
There’ll be tasting opportunities along the way and the chance to ask questions at the end.
Demos for 2024 include Swanage Bay Fish, café & caterer Burnt Toast and restaurant & farm shop The Salt Pig.
