šļø Saturday 2nd – Monday 4th December 2023
The annual Christmas tree festival in Langton Matravers is always a treat to get you in the festive spirit.
St Georgeās Church is taken over on the first weekend of December for the three-day festival by community-decorated trees, each with an individual theme.

All are welcome to come and visit the church, meander through the magical trees and stop for a cuppa and a slice of cake.
There will be various musicians performing during the festival too – if you are part of a local musical group and would like to get involved, get in touch with the church to reserve an entertainment slot.
All proceeds from the festive event go to local charities – this year, Mosaic and the East Dorset & New Forest branch of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
Last year, donations and the sale of refreshments helped to raise over £1,500 for charity.

St Aldhelm Benefice serves the localities and churches of Langton, Worth Matravers and Kingston.
