Build your confidence and learn how to keep safe in the water at this special Sea Safe Skills workshop for kids and parents.
It’s aimed at local families to encourage children to enjoy the sea safely, although visiting families are very welcome to come along too.
The fun, interactive session is led by trained beach lifeguards and includes:
- Wetsuit hire
- Introduction to sea safety
- Fun games to get you used to being in the water
- Confidence-building tips
- Suitable for: Purbeck families (aged 8+) who can swim the width of a pool
- Timings: 10am – 11.30am
- Meeting point: North Beach Car Park
