Find out how being in nature can help boost your mental health and wellbeing.
Over the course of five weeks, you’ll do a combination of walking, talking and nature-based crafting in the natural environment of Arne’s RSPB reserve.
This free course has limited spaces and is run with the nature reserve in conjunction with Jane Woods Coaching and Sandy Hill Arts.
