Join Swanage RBL in commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
Timings
- 9.30am: 11th Signals Regiment of Blandford Liberty Parade of Swanage (King’s Road, Rempstone Road & Victoria Avenue)
- 10am: Welcome address on Shore Road
- 10.20am: Liberty Paradę – Institute Road, Lower High Street, King’s Road East, King’s Road West & Gilbert Road
- 10.50am: Service at the war memorial
- 11am: Commemorative service
- 12pm: March from King’s Road to Argyle Road
Head to the Legion after the service for some live music, where there’ll also be displays of Swanage at war and Exercise Smash in Studland.
