The Mowlem is hosting a special screening tonight of The Etches Collection’s short documentary, Pliosaurus – The Discovery of Monster.
The film showcases the 2023 discovery of the Kimmeridge pliosaur skull and gives an insight into how it was extracted from the cliffs.
The screening will be followed by a talk and Q&A with Dr Steve Etches.
Plus, there’ll be photo opportunities with a replica of the pliosaur skull featured in the film – take a selfie with the famous ‘Sea Rex’!
Merchandise, including a book and DVD to accompany the documentary will be available.
