The 2001 hit musical Moulin Rouge (12A), starring Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor is showing at The Blue Pool tonight as part of the Purbeck Film Festival’s programme of open air screenings.
The romance, directed by Baz Lurhman, is set in Paris and sees McGregor’s poet Christian fall for Kidman’s Satine – cabaret star of the Moulin Rouge.
