There’s medieval fun for all the family to be had at Corfe Castle this Bank Holiday weekend.
Explore, adventure and get hands-on with history at the castle ruin, where there’ll be live music, garden games and a fun family quest.
Kids can have a go at creating Lego models of the castle, dance around the ‘disco maypole’ and dress up as a medieval knight, princess or peasant across weekend.
Plus, there’ll be live music from the combined Dorchester and Bridport Rock Choirs on Sunday 4th May.
And the whole family can challenge each other to Corfe Castle’s traditional garden games, which include archery and welly-wanging.
- Timings: 10am – 5.30pm daily
- Sunday choir timings: 11.30am, 1.30pm & 3.30pm
- Disco maypole: Saturday 3rd & Monday 5th May only
- Entry: Event is free; normal castle admission applies
