Save the date for the return of Swanage Railway’s Yuletide Express this Christmas.
It’s a festive event packed with traditional charm and nostalgic Christmas cheer.
The seasonal adventure will take you from Swanage Station, which will be decorated for the season, on a one-hour return journey during which you’ll settle in for a cosy Christmas celebration, packed with:
- Meet & greet with Father Christmas as he makes his way through the train
- Enchanting characters & memorable moments
- And lots more festive magic – join the Railway’s mailing list for the latest updates
Children can also write their hopes for the festive season and hang them on the special Christmas Wishing Tree.
- Dress code: Feel free to come in your best Christmas jumper/pyjamas (prizes for the best-dressed travellers!)
- Refreshments: Festive bakes, treats & warming drinks will be available at the Railway’s refreshment kiosk for you to bring on board
