Lewis Manning Hospice Care’s Candles by the Sea returns to Swanage this year, at the new venue of St Mary’s Church.
Join the local community in remembrance of loved ones in this special display of candlelight.
As a donation to Lewis Manning, you can dedicate a candle in memory of a loved one, which will be added to the display along with your personal message.
There’ll also be live music, and light refreshments will be available.
- Timings: 5.30pm – 7pm
Previous Candles by the Sea events have been held on Swanage Beach and at the town’s bandstand.
Pre-order your candles
You can get your candle or candles on the night, or pre-order ahead.
If you can’t make tonight’s date, there are three other dates in Dorset during November – in Poole, Wimborne and Christchurch – or you can get in touch with the charity who will write your dedication and place a candle on your behalf.
